Lavery Denounces White Supremacist Protests in Charlottesville

Trenton, NJ – NJGOP Chairman Michael Lavery made the following statement denouncing the white supremacist protests in Charlottesville, Virginia.

“I believe that it is important for leaders of all walks of life across New Jersey and the United States to stand up and speak out against yesterday’s despicable act of hate. There is absolutely no place in society for racism, white supremacy and the senseless violence that was experienced in Charlottesville. On behalf of the entire New Jersey Republican State Committee, I offer deepest condolences to the family of the victim who passed away, and to those recovering from injuries, you will be in our prayers.”
