NJGOP Chairman Statement On Elizabeth Warren Campaigning In NJ

Trenton, NJ – Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren has a fundraiser scheduled for Friday evening in Short Hills to benefit Congressional candidates Andy Kim and Tom Malanowski. NJGOP Chairman Doug Steinhardt released the following statement in reaction:

“Candidates like Mikie Sherrill and D.C. insiders Andy Kim and Tom Malinowski campaign as moderate Democrats, but the reality is they draw influence, seek support and are beholden to the radical, left-wing Democrat caucus, lead by Elizabeth Warren. New Jersey needs Congressional representatives that will keep our communities safe and economy going strong. The Elizabeth Warren Democrats running in New Jersey want to erase our borders and raise our taxes. New Jersey voters won’t be fooled in November.”
