In 2013, Edith joined Governor Christie’s re-election campaign as his Director of Hispanic outreach, helping the Governor win the Hispanic vote by 51%. The following year, she made her way to New Mexico where she was hired as Governor Susana Martinez’s Political Director and helped the Governor not only win her re-election with an overwhelming majority, but take control of the statehouse for the first time since 1952. She has run national issue advocacy programs during her time at the LIBRE Initiative, and currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Republican National Committee.

In her spare time, Edith enjoys hiking, fishing, and teaching adjunct courses for Fairleigh Dickinson University’s “╦ťPuerta Al Futuro’ program; designed to help immigrant Latinos attain a higher education degree in the United States through a combination of academic and advanced language course.
