Katelyn Wallace Collins

Deputy Field Finance Director, Republican National Committee

Katelyn Wallace Collins is the Deputy Field Finance Director for the Republican National Committee, helping state parties raise money and build robust finance operations. Previously, Katelyn was the Finance Director for Illinois Attorney General Candidate Erika Harold, the ILGOP, Congressman Rodney Davis, and State Senator Jason Barickman. Katelyn also worked for former Illinois governor Bruce Rauner as the Legislative Liaison for the Illinois EPA and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Katelyn is originally from Kentucky, a graduate of University of Kentucky and a diehard Kentucky basketball fan. She and her husband, Andrew, currently live in Salt Lake City.


Katie Castellano

2018-2019 Finance Director, NJGOP

Katie (Martinez) Castellano brings a political operative’s mentality to fundraising. She has a diverse background running political operations in battleground territories around the country, as well as having a successful record of raising resources for candidates and political organizations.

She has worked on campaigns and for state parties in Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and North Dakota. A graduate of numerous RNC Victory Programs, RNC State Director College, and Campaign Finance College, Katie brings an extensive understanding of the political landscape into her fundraising practices.

In 2018 and 2019 Katie served as the NJGOP’s Finance Director where she led the fundraising effort that resulted in the NJGOP’s largest legislative gains in 28 years. She established digital and direct mail small dollar fundraising programs that grew the party’s donor base by 450%, and built and produced the NJGOP’s Statewide Leadership Summit; an annual conference boasting upwards of 600 attendees.

She was named to Save Jersey’s 40 Right Women to Watch in 2020 and 2019 and 30 Under 30 in 2016.


Madi Holmes

Finance & Events Director, NJGOP

Madi Holmes is the Finance & Events Director at the New Jersey Republican State Committee. Prior to her role with the NJGOP, she was a Regional Finance Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), where she oversaw major donor fundraising efforts for congressional candidates in 24 states across the Midwest and Western regions of the county. While at the NRCC, she was part of a team that raised a record-breaking $70-million. Previously, Madi was the Deputy Finance Director for Governor Kim Reynolds’ successful gubernatorial run in Iowa where a record breaking $15 million was raised, and later was the Deputy Director of Governor Reynolds’ Inaugural Ceremony operations. She has also worked on the campaign of US Senator Chuck Grassley, and Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign.

Madi is a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She is a native of Iowa and currently resides in Lawrence Township, New Jersey.


Maria Chappa

Maria Chappa has distinguished herself as a leading fundraising and event planning professional. Her passion, dedication and distinct style have earned her respect and admiration from both clients and peers.

Prior to co-founding TurnKey Productions, Maria enjoyed a successful career as a fundraising and event planning consultant. Focusing primarily on comprehensive campaign fundraising, Maria has designed hundreds of events from intimate dinners to seated galas. Regardless of the size of the event, or the size of the budget, Maria is dedicated to the success of each event which wears her name.

Maria has advised clients on a local, state and national level. Her clients have included: Trump Victory, Christie for Governor, Hugin for Senate, Former Congressman Mike Ferguson, Former Congressman Dick Zimmer, The New Jersey Republican State Committee, Senator Joe Kyrillos, Senator Kevin O’Toole as well as many other candidates and organizations. Maria was one of the event planners and fund-raisers for the Christie-Guadagno Inaugural activities in 2010 and 2014.

A 1994 graduate of Penn State University, Maria holds a BA in Political Science In 2001 Maria married Bobby Schetelich. They currently reside in Cedar Grove, New Jersey with their 2 daughters Olivia and Gabriella.


Mike Milligan

Direct Mail Systems

Michael Milligan has an accomplished record of raising funds for a variety of political organizations, political candidates, and non-profit organizations since 1981. During this time he has raised over 100 million dollars through direct mail, telemarketing, special events, major donor programs, affinity cards, and merchandise sales.

Mike has been with Direct Mail Systems (DMS) since 1994. DMS, headquartered in Clearwater Florida, specializes in Republican state party and candidate fundraising and voter contact mail. Mike works closely with clients to develop overall message, theme and mail plans. He is also responsible for coordinating all work with in-house staff for copy, creative design and production. Clients include various state parties, Presidential, Gubernatorial, Congressional, statewide and down-ballot races.

Mike’s experience includes serving as the Major Donor Director of the National Republican Congressional Committee; Deputy Executive Director and Finance Director of the Republican Party of Texas; National Representative of the Republican National Committee’s prestigious Eagle’s program; and PAC Director at the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

In addition to his direct mail expertise, Mike has expertise in working with major donors, special events, and telemarketing. He has coordinated over 50 Presidential and Vice Presidential events. He has coordinated many other highly visible fundraising events, including events at the White House, three Republican National Conventions, Presidential Inaugurals, the World’s Fair in New Orleans, and even the Superbowl. He has organized numerous meetings in Washington, D.C., and across the nation.

For the past several years Mike has served as the lead faculty member for the highly regarded Republican National Committee Campaign Finance Schools and has been a speaker for a variety of other groups including the Republican organizations, Campaigns and Elections Seminars, Florida Non-Profit Association meetings, and numerous Republican State Party conventions and meetings.

Mike received his BA in English from the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee. He also attended Oxford University in Oxford, England with an Oxford Studies Scholarship and graduated from the RNC Campaign Management School.


Mike Swetz

Field Finance Director, Republican National Committee

Michael is the Field Finance Director for the Republican National Committee and has a strong political fundraising background. He champions digital fundraising and fundraising events. In 2018 he was able to help State Parties and campaigns raise over $4 million through from digital platforms, events, major donors, and mail solicitations. Prior to the RNC, Michael worked for the New Hampshire GOP, Connecticut GOP, and on Linda McMahon’s 2012 race for U.S. Senate.

Michael graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2012 with a B.S. in Political Science and Advertising. He is 29 and currently resides in North Haven, Connecticut.
