Patrick Dellinger

Patrick Dellinger has consistently innovated at the intersection of data and political campaigns. As the Analytics Director of FlexPoint Media, Patrick finds new ways to deliver ad campaigns to the right audience and guides clients through their ad delivery and competitive data. Most recently, he managed Virginia’s closest race of the 2019 cycle. In 2018, Patrick served as the first ever Data Director for the NRCC’s Independent Expenditure, guiding media targeting for the most competitive House districts totaling more than $70 million in spending. Patrick joined the IE from the NRCC Data Department where he oversaw the data operations for more than half of the country’s congressional districts. He previously managed a field team on Senator Kelly Ayotte’s re-election campaign. Patrick graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in History and Computer Science.


Carlos Cruz

Jamestown Associates

Carlos Cruz is an Account Manager at Jamestown Associates. With more
than a decade of political experience at the local, state, and national level, Carlos has served in key leadership roles on a number of high-profile campaigns of national consequence.

Prior to joining Jamestown, Carlos served as the Iowa State Director for the Republican National Committee’s 2018 Victory operation. In 2017, Carlos served as the Republican Party of Iowa’s Communications Director.

Carlos spent the 2016 campaign season in key leadership positions for national Republican leaders Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and New Hampshire Senator Kelly Ayotte. Before serving as Statewide Field Director for Senator Ayotte’s reelection campaign, Carlos worked to establish, cultivate and lead the Eastern Iowa political operation for Governor Scott Walker’s presidential campaign. Thanks to Carlos’s hard work, Governor Walker’s campaign was the first to secure county chairs in all of Iowa’s 99 counties – a key sign of organizational strength in the crucial First in the Nation Iowa caucus.

On Senator Ayotte’s reelection campaign, Carlos successfully led a full-time statewide staff of sixteen and a part-time staff of over two hundred in making more than one million voter contacts in one of the closest and most expensive U.S Senate races in the country.

In New Jersey, Carlos has served as a Chief of Staff in the New Jersey General Assembly, as a Policy Analyst in the New Jersey Senate, and as a Campaign Manager for Congressman Leonard Lance, where in 2012 he navigated a tough primary and defeated a well-funded general election opponent in a newly drawn congressional district.

A New Jersey native, Carlos now resides in Philadelphia.


Ronica Cleary

Cleary Strategies

With over a decade of communications experience, Ronica is the President of Cleary Strategies, a communications consulting firm supporting corporations, political campaigns, and individuals. Previously, Ronica worked as a television reporter in several Top 10 media markets, most recently as a White House Correspondent for Fox 5 in Washington, DC, and co-host of Sunday morning political talk show, “Fox 5 On The Hill.” During her time as a journalist, she also reported on presidential campaigns, Capitol Hill, multiple Governors, and elections at every level of government. Today, Ronica appears on Fox News Channel and Fox Business.

Ronica graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering. She received the Dean’s Fellowship for Academic Achievement at Drexel University where she earned her Master of Science in Public Communication.


Adam Geller

National Research Inc

Adam Geller is the founder and CEO of the Republican polling firm, National Research Inc.

In 2016, Adam was one of the pollsters for the Donald J. Trump for President campaign. His responsibilities included all polling and data-based strategic advice for the key Rust Belt states of Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa – the states that, along with Pennsylvania, completely shattered the “Blue Wall” for Democrats and delivered President Trump’s victory.

In addition to his work for the President, Adam is known for his polling on behalf of former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. Adam was the lead pollster for Christie’s 2009 upset victory over Jon Corzine, his 2013 re-election victory over Barbara Buono, and for Christie’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Adam has served as a longtime pollster for the Republican Governor’s Association, the Republican National Committee, and the National Republican Congressional Committee. He has a long roster of federal, state and local elected officials and candidates throughout the nation. A link to his full client list appears below.

Adam’s firm recently received the highest grade for accuracy of any Republican polling firm in the 538 Blog’s ranking of all pollsters, conducted by Nate Silver and Harry Enten.

In 2011, Adam was asked to conduct a first-of-its-kind nationwide poll of more than 800 entrepreneurs, the results of which formed the basis of the book, “Where the Jobs Are: Entrepreneurship and the Soul of the American Economy,” by John Dearie and Courtney Geduldig, published in 2013.

Beyond political work, Adam and his firm conduct survey research and consulting for major corporations and Fortune 500 firms in the energy, financial, telecommunications, tobacco, insurance, gaming, and retail industries.

Adam received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and his Master’s Degree from the University of Delaware.
