August’s Momentum

This month, we were proud to welcome RNC Co-Chair KC Crosbie, NFRW President Julie Harris, and grassroots leader Scott Presler to New Jersey as they joined our team on the ground to help knock doors, energize voters, promote election integrity initiatives, and build the movement to Flip NJ Red. Their commitment shows that Republicans nationwide are all-in on our fight– and together, we’re making every door, every conversation, and every event count.

Serving New Jersey Communities 

After a water main break disrupted life in Paterson, volunteers worked side by side to get bottled water to residents. They weren’t there for recognition. They were there because strong communities look out for one another– moments like this remind us that leadership starts with service!

This month, we’re kicking off our first spotlight with two of the people working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure Republicans win big in New Jersey.

🎯 Noriko Kowalewski, Deputy Director NJGOP

As Director of Constituent Services to Congressman Tom MacArthur (NJ-3), she managed district outreach and built lasting relationships with community leaders. The first woman to serve as Campaign Chair of the Ocean GOP, she was later tapped as Campaign Chair for the National Federation of Republican Women, rallying women nationwide to deliver wins in America’s toughest battleground States.

As Chair of the Ocean County Republican Women, she raised nearly a quarter of a million dollars, backed Republican candidates, and built a grassroots network across all 33 municipalities.

🎯 Ariana Brown, North Jersey Regional Election Integrity Director 

With over five years of experience in campaign operations and coalition-building, Ariana is recognized for mobilizing teams, strengthening community networks, and delivering impactful results.
