Federal Account

Contributions made to the federal account must be made with personal funds and are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Contributions made to the federal account are subject to federal contribution limits.

The maximum allowable contribution per person is $10,000 per year ($20,000 per couple), $5,000 per year for a multi-candidate PAC, and $10,000 per year for a single candidate PAC.

Corporate contributions are prohibited.

State Account

Election Law allows contributions with a limit of $79,000 annually from individuals, PACs and corporations.

Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes.
