Maria Rodriguez-Gregg

Maria Rodriguez-Gregg, elected to her first term in the General Assembly in November 2013, is the mother of two young children who has balanced family while working her way to an Economics degree at Rutgers University–Camden.

Rodriguez-Gregg understands well the financial, educational and employment challenges facing young New Jersey families.

For almost 10 years, she worked in the dental field. She has been employed in specialty Orthodontics and in various general dental practices, in dental practice management and as a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant. She was an Instructor at the Burlington County Institute of Technology’s Dental Assisting program, and an instructor and mentor for dental professionals at a private firm in Piscataway.

Rodriguez-Gregg has held multiple leadership positions with the Civil Air Patrol, a Congressionally-created auxiliary to the United States Air Force. CAP is engaged in times of emergency,assisting in search and rescue missions,disaster relief and, most recently,was mobilized in emergency operations during Hurricane Sandy.

Currently, she volunteers as Assistant Director Cadet Programs for the New Jersey Wing,and has earned numerous official commendations for her service in Civil Air Patrol. She has also served as Deputy Commander for Cadets,and Project Officer for NJ CAP Color Guard and Competition team.

Before her election to the General Assembly,she was a member of the Board of Trustees for Burlington County College and chaired the Academic Affairs Committee. For two years, she served on the Board of Directors for Habitat of Humanity of Burlington County.

A member of Rutgers-Camden’s Class of 2013, she resides in Evesham with her two children.

Howarth was elected to his first term in the Legislature in November 2015.

He and his wife, Dr. Maria Lania Howarth, reside in Evesham, Burlington County.
