Frank Bisignano

Frank Bisignano is the Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO of Fiserv, Inc., a global leader in financial services and payments technology solutions. Fiserv serves clients in over 100 countries and has been recognized as one of Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies. Bisignano joined Fiserv in 2019 through the acquisition of First Data, where he previously held the position of Chairman and CEO. Under his leadership, First Data transformed into a technology innovator and industry collaborator, and he led the company’s successful $2.6 billion initial public offering in 2015.

Prior to his role at First Data, Bisignano served in executive positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Citigroup, accumulating over 30 years of leadership experience in the banking and financial sector. In addition to his corporate achievements, Bisignano is actively involved in various non-profit organizations, serving on the boards of the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, the Mount Sinai Health System, and The Battery Conservancy. He is also a member of Business Roundtable, an association of CEOs dedicated to promoting economic growth and opportunities for Americans through public policy.
