Laura Overdeck

Laura Overdeck is the founder of Bedtime Math, a nationwide nonprofit that ignites kids’ love of math to transform them into numerate adults. She is also chair of Overdeck Family Foundation, which funds initiatives that unlock children’s academic potential from birth through 9th grade. Alongside her education reform efforts, Laura is a co-founder of Women for a Stronger New Jersey, which recruits, trains and supports practical, common-sense Republican women to run for office at the state and local level.

Laura is an alumna and former trustee of Princeton University, where she earned a B.A. in astrophysics. She also holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and an honorary doctorate from Stevens Institute of Technology. Laura serves on the boards of Khan Academy and Liberty Science Center, as well as the advisory board for Princeton’s Department of Astrophysical Sciences.
